We mobilize resources for a pilot, rigorously testing the solution, monitoring progress, and evaluating the potential for system-wide scale up. This evaluation guides the next phase of refining the solution in readiness for a potential expanded implementation.
4. Prepare for Wider Implementation:
We work closely with clients to develop internal capacity and preparedness, evaluate vendors and other ecosystem affiliates, and create roadmaps for monitoring and evaluating systems-level impact.
